The patent
The court's Patent/Trademark Report lists U.S. Patent 12,449,161 B2. GameChange's public press release says the patent covers proprietary high-tilt stow technology used in its single-axis tracker system, and that Nextpower products infringe one or more claims.
What GameChange wants
According to that same press release, GameChange seeks an injunction to stop further alleged infringement, plus monetary damages. Those are the company's characterizations of its own complaint.
