The patent
U.S. Patent 9,001,581, Compact Semiconductor Memory Device Having Reduced Number of Contacts, Methods of Operating and Methods of Making, issued April 7, 2015; the complaints say the application was filed February 11, 2014. Claim 1 recites a semiconductor memory device with a plurality of memory cells and at least one contact that electrically connects the cells to at least one control line, with fewer contacts than memory cells, where the device is configured to inject charge into or extract charge out of a portion of at least one memory cell to maintain that cell's state. Each complaint alleges that ExactoJoin is the assignee of all right, title, and interest in the patent.
The suits

ExactoJoin alleges direct infringement and, on information and belief, that each defendant has continued to sell the products and distribute materials that induce end users to infringe, with induced infringement alleged at least from service of the complaint and charts.
